also... lawyers are involved now... so you may not see an update anytime soon because they may tell both sides to keep their mouths shut until this is all over.

technically....once the issue is resolved, doesn't it become public knowledge and we can look up the court case (if it goes to court that is... if everything settles without court we may be SOL haha) ? I honestly don't know, just throwing it out there haha.
