Guys how come we haven't presented this to the local news media. This story can run through the whole us news broadcast. It's simple as calling them sending the story. In fact they may get a dealer or something to replace the parts for media coverage. It really works and not hard at all to do. Contact the local NBC news. You may even get on Ellen or whoever is popular.

News story? Despite our anguish there is no news story.
Right now this is technically just an allegation, not a fact. A trial (or settlement) is needed to affirm it's a fact. Civil settlement agreements typically include confidentiality agreements. Criminal charge on the other hand is public.

This thread got to me all the way in Germany from some friends in Toronto Canada, this has gone global. Best of luck with everything! If you ever need anything, the Subaru community has got your back. If any of you are familiar with NASIOC, you know how savage we can be when we need to It's great to see the car community coming together like this to help a brother in need. This community is about camaraderie and its definitely apparent here (even though one of our own had to suffer in the process).
Once again, best of luck and #GetLonHisPartsBack

This really sucks. Definitely get a CA lawyer (local to the guy) specializing in fraud. You may be able to get a one-hour phone consultation free. S/he will tell you if you have a case or not. Possible to get this resolved short of actually filing suit. His penalty will be having to ship the removed parts (if they are still around) to you undamaged and free of charge. Or if not around, monetary compensation for their value. Good luck!! It's a beautiful car.

^ And no, I'm not an attorney. Have just had to address similar cases in the past.

Lots of negative feedback for the seller and the automotive place...I hope he's reconsidering his actions. Probably not worth all the hassle he's getting. Nice to see S2Ki peeps stick up for each other.
EDIT: Paragon Automotive is really getting slammed on Yelp. Wow...
