Make some calls. I believe this is called "breach of warranty" where the seller did not fulfill the expressed terms in the ad.

pm the s2ki guy and find out if he can send you the original ad. Just contact any lawyer for a consulatation. But I think it's going to suck because it's out of state. I dunno you may need a Cali lawyer since the sale transaction occurred in that state.

I'm still trying to decide the best course of action if any can be had. I don't mind paying a lawyer either if theres a chance to yield results.
