So sorry to hear that you've been going through this! I am usually very suspect of anyone I do business with, but I can sometimes be a little more lenient with fellow s2000 owners. While this shows how low people can stoop, I am happy to see how the car community has come together to help out a fellow enthusiast. Fingers crossed this works out for you Lon!

You should definitely consult a lawyer I’m sure you can legally do something about it.
Take him to a small claims court.

Shared on ClubRoadster.net to Miata community.

I would suggest quickly registering domain with owners name and putting up a website with the whole story, his pictures, links to profiles, their website etc. Then updating first post on this thread with the link.

Good luck and hopefully he makes it right.

It's not small claims court anymore, it's grand theft.

I can only offer you all my BIGGEST THANKS and I hope you can all feel it everywhere this post has reached!

I can't talk much about the matter openly as per my lawyer but I am now in talks with the Seller about resolving the issue.
I will update you guys with what I can, when I can.

again THANK YOU , faith in humanity!
Awesome! I hope you get the parts you paid for.
