Wrx owners support you and just wanted to say what a bummer that is. The seller was clearly not a true enthusiast and rather just a wanker. Love s2000s and hope to own one in the future. Peace brother!

Awesome news that's he's finally willing to talk....after the fact his shop is probably deep in sh*t now after being bombarded with phone calls, Yelp reviews, and a story passed around pretty much EVERY motoring website you can probably think of on the web....and a lawyer. Hah.
I'd just make sure that none of the parts that he was suppose to include originally isn't damaged when you get them. You never know the stupid sh*t he might do to them before handing them over to you. A dent here, scratch there, screwed up area where latches bolt into. Anyway good luck man, look over those parts! Or get your money back for those parts hah.

Dropping in from 500AbarthMadness and The Car Lounge to express just how shit a situation this is and I hope you're made right in the end with as little difficulty as possible.
Don't own an S2000 but have driven a few AP2s and they are phenomenal. Yours is a prime example as is off the truck, but you're owed everything you paid for. That hardtop and suspension are yours and once again, your Italian friends in little farty go karts are pulling hard for you!!
