Lon, as many have mentioned, I sure hope this gets worked out, and to your benefit, at this point. Seems to me that you are in a position to come out with more than just your parts/money for your trouble.

Please update us on what you can, and when you can.

Just know that this has reached the NSX community and we are pulling for you like everyone else is. It's B.S. that you're dealing with this in the first place, but at least this has been given the opportunity to expose this illegitimate seller and business for what they are and what they did.

Best wishes!

Non s2k owner. Reached the dsm community as well. OP good luck and hope the scum bag gets what he deserves. Recently and a similar but smaller issues when I bought a car from someone taking stuff they weren't supposed to off the car. But as it was late and he took to long I didn't notice till I got it home. So hope you can stick it to this guy.

This guy is ruined. OP, best of luck and I hope you are compensated for the time and effort you've been forced to waste thanks to this dirt bag.

The Subaru community sends its love! Reading this makes me think about how many other people have had this kind of thing happen to them (I know a few) and how hard it is to get any resolution. Don't back down, nail this scumbag and maybe people will think twice before pulling crap like this.
