I believe the correct number is (626) 872-0707.I've called but it keeps ringing and ringing.
While i feel bad for the OP for being scammed, but what good are we doing by harass calling the scumbag seller? What is being accomplished by doing that?[/quote]

They will soon realize they need to get rid of this guy, restore Lon's car or return his money....... or face going out of business. They won't be able to answer the phone which is a necessary part of doing business. And everytime you ask for him someone needs to go get him. They will soon get tired of answering the phone for Allen with no money rolling in. And yes I did post the wrong number. But I called him and spoke to him this morning.

Let's all waste this douchebags time.

I don't think this is a small claims issue. Small claims is less than 3 grand. The top and coilovers together double that $.

I don't think physical violence is a good idea for anything, but it would be damn funny to see a bunch of s2000's roll up to the shop, park on the street and just stand in front of the shop while the guy was working. Haha, not interrupting business or anything but it would be damn hilarious to see him shitting bricks with a bunch of dudes waiting outside.

Hi! thank everyone over there for me! I am seeking legal representation , currently being advised to seek out a CA Lawyer.. working on it.

I'm hoping a car enthusiast lawyer will find this post and chime in.

Just for clarity, this isn't true. Small claims limit is 7500, and each part could be sought in separate claims.
