I'm not so sure about that. He should be fine there. The ad indicated and/or implied an in addition to and/or also included language within the mods list. Otherwise, why even mention it within the ad in the first place? Same for the Kenwood stereo...In addition to the Kenwood stereo, the stock radio will be included.
A good lawyer will be all over the semantics of this ad.

I see that it says KW V3 installed 700 miles ago, not that stock suspension was installed. it says it "has stock suspension" as in, includes stock suspension as well.
