depends on the size of the spacer you want to use.

On a 20mm spacer for 2 wheels, studs will run about $25, spacers roughly $150 and then installation I would think under $100 for a total approx $ 275

you wouldn't use spacers for low offset wheels.
That would make them even lower of an offets.

I.e. oem ap1 wheel 16 x 7.5 +65 with a 20mm spacer becomes the equivalent of 16x7.5 +45.

I want to put in extended studs as well. Its labor intensive & I have quotes for around $350 for all 4 hubs (dont know if this is on the high side). ARP extended studs are about $30 for a pack of 5. So roughly around $450 - $500 total.

You know what I feel really stupid right now.

Your title says Extended LUGS
Do you in fact mean lugs

or studs???

Lugs are usually $100-200ish for all 4 wheels depending on brand
