It's going to need to be drilled out. Tape up your wheel and do it at Tony's. It can be done it will just take time.

edit.. scratch the dremel idea out. I just noticed how far in the wheel this is.

use some steel drill bits and start in the center small and increase the bit size. Chew out the middle and crack off the nut.

I would opt for cobalt drill bits..

I hate to say it but there is a very good chance that the wheel will get damaged.

Yeah man, that's why it's best if we give it a shot at Tony's. We will take our time and be very carefull with the wheel. If he gets some strong drill bits and we drill out the middle it will be easy. We just need a steady hand and a small drill point to keep it steady. Starting off with a small bit and increasing is the safest bet. Taking it to any mechanic won't keep the wheel safe. I doubt they will want to spend hours just to save from scraping the wheel.

Damn John, and I just sold my heavy duty hammer drill with the side grip. It would have came in handy for this.

I'd really hate to damage the wheel and have it sent out for PC again. I don't have an spare tire. Its such an inconvenience. But Saturday afternoon works for me

I thought we had the block party next sat?

John, I still have my cordless drill if you want to try sometime after work this week. I'm sure we can do it. It's just drilling out the bolt, pullin off the nut and then you can take it to the mechanic to pull out the rest of the bolt. That won't take long and you can drive the car with out one bolt.
