I too have a Megan Racing test pipe and would much rather have that as the source of my rattle than my HKS.

Ah yeah my bet is on the test pipe for sure!
I've been 2 for 2 with the Megan resonated test pipe starting to rattle.
I now have a super cheap ebay one I bought that has worked so far but only a week or two now.
Got it for $39 shipped so figured I'd give it a try.

I bet you it's the megan test pipe. I had two that started rattling. those megan TPs with the resonator on them are pieces of shit. Try swapping the TP for another brand or a cat and I'm pretty sure it'll stop.
