actually isn't it the other way around - when its YOUR year, it should be back luck, no?

Actually it's just the reverse. They have more kids, so I have to give more red envelopes. I need Monique to pop a few more runts to even the score.

All right since I am bored I looked up the horoscopes for everybody for 2006. Look up your birth year to find your faith.

Dog: 1910, 1922, 1934, 1946, 1958, 1970, 1982, 1994, 2006
Those born in the year of the dog are advised to take advantage of the repetition of their birth symbol in this New Year. Learn from lessons of the past, but put them behind you and forge ahead. Look for opportunities to turn dreams into reality but keep a close eye on finances. Dogs work best as a team, so encourage your companions to join with you in new possibilities. Your canine faithfulness will show in honesty and loyalty that will build new relationships and make old relationships stronger. Your bravery will be rewarded in many ways.

Pig: 1911, 1923, 1935, 1947, 1959, 1971, 1983, 1995
This is a year of preparation for the pig. Now is not the time to make great changes. Training courses and foundations for great undertakings are indicated for this year in preparation for the return of the pig in 2007. Keep your expectations realistic and be patient. Listen to good advice and watch your finances as you make ready for the future.

Rat: 1912, 1924, 1936, 1948, 1960, 1972, 1984, 1996
Only the most careful rat will prosper in this year of the dog. With excellent social skills and charm, the rat who works on keeping good friends around in a tight circle will find ways to advance. Depend on the loyalty of those you trust and stay focused on your goals. Discipline and planning will help you to avoid the fangs of the dog and bring prosperity.

Ox: 1913, 1925, 1937, 1949, 1961, 1973, 1985, 1997
The ox will also find the fire dog's nipping and barking a distraction this year. The steady ox should keep a close eye on money and seek comfort in the company of loyal friends. With patience and persistance a step by step plan will keep you from being herded by the dog into pastures that you did not choose.

Tiger: 1914, 1926, 1938, 1950, 1962, 1974, 1986, 1998
The tiger can be a leader using either charm or force. This year calls for charm and wit to complete your goals. Listen to advice and be open to those who want to help. Trust your instincts when opportunity comes. Be quick, but stay flexible. This is a year of great possibilities but watch your finances closely as you gather the rewards of your action.

Rabbit: 1915, 1927, 1939, 1951, 1963, 1975, 1987, 1999
This dog year holds no fear for the rabbit who is confident. This is not a time to fall back on your timid nature. The omens are good that plans will work out well if pursued with boldness. The world smiles on the rabbit bringing good luck in all areas of life. Relationships at home are happy, friendships grow and fortune favors you at work. The rabbit travels this year. Perhaps a promotion will bring you to new places.

Dragon: 1916, 1928, 1940, 1952, 1964, 1976, 1988, 2000
Do not fight the fire dog. Hold your dragon fire in check this year. Success comes from caution and careful planning. Accept advice with humility and expand your skills this year. You will enjoy a busy social life but watch the temptation to let your ego run wild. If you lose humility it will be costly, but attention to the needs of others will enhance your romantic relationships. Dragons are set for a very family oriented year so plan on spending more time at home.

Snake: 1917, 1929, 1941, 1953, 1965, 1977, 1989, 2001
This can be a difficult year for the snake. Success means shedding your skin and taking risks to enjoy the benefits in store for you. This can be hard for the cautious snake, but your intelligence will overcome the obstacles. Depend on friends and family for support and take care not to leave them behind in your rush to reach your goals. You will not get where you want to be without them.

Horse: 1918, 1930, 1942, 1954, 1966, 1978, 1990, 2002
This is a year well suited to the spirit of the horse. Gallop ahead to take advantage of opportunities when they come along. It will be a busy year so keep yourself under control and do not wander from your track. At the speed you are going through this year, you could find that small detours will get you far off track. Watch your finances and nurture the relationships that bring you calmness.

Goat: 1919, 1931, 1943, 1955, 1967, 1979, 1991, 2003
The dog may not be kind to the goat. Learn to trust yourself and what you believe. Take advice and avoid bickering. Your day dreaming is not suited to this busy year but your love of home will provide the balance to make the difficulties work out well for you. Through the difficulties, you will learn many lessons necessary to help you reach your future goals. Don't let fear or worry interfere with the growing you need to do.

Monkey: 1920, 1932, 1944, 1956, 1968, 1980, 1992, 2004
Curb your natual tendency to chatter and begin to listen. This is a year when the monkey must learn some lessons from the dog. You will not be the center of attention, but if you can be cooperative and learn from those around you, you will be able to avoid the risks and take advantage of the many opportunities ahead this year. This will be a busy year of changes, you will need support to succeed.

Rooster: 1921, 1933, 1945, 1957, 1969, 1981, 1993, 2005
The rooster has been strutting all through 2005 and that is well suited to your peacock nature. This is a new year and the tables have turned. Learn to think before you speak and be more understanding of others. This year will pose many challenges that will test your social skills, but the wise rooster will be careful and kind and do well.

I've never heard of that myth. It's not how it's suppose to work. It's always based on how your birth sign animal relates to the year's animal.
