Got Pulled Over
Well this morning I'm off to Mohegan Sun and i had a feeling i was gonna get pulled over, everything was fine until i just gotten into Connecticut. I see a cop and slowed down, but i knew he was gonna pull me over so he leaves his spot and i slowed down and he puts on his lights. their was no space on the right shoulder so i pulled over to the left.
He comes out and tells me he recorded me at various speed. he takes ma info comes back like 5 mins l8r (to my surprise) n issues me a speeding ticket for going 76 on a 55 and tells me I'm not gonna get any points and informed me that the speed limit changes and that because there are a lot of aggressive drivers their were more cops up ahead and told me to be careful. he also said I'm not suppose to pull over to the left and that was another infraction so he let that one slide.
In conclusion the cop was pretty fair, even though I didn't want the ticket, it was quick n simple and he wasn't a dick like some other cops are. Just thought i should share.

no, the cop doenst know/doesnt tell you. same thing happened to me when i got pulled over in li. luckily grunt knew first hand and told me about it. then i looked it up on the dmv website and read about it. you wont get points from ct, but you will get 2pt from ny.

you are supposed to, but sometime you won get the points because people are involved. What a woman at the dmv told me, pretty much you probably will, but might not because there is a human doing the work

that is wrong, 2 points will transfer back to your NY license. 45+ states share information and 2 pts for each moving violation will transfer back to your state's license.
any proof?
i got a ticket in ct for speeding with oaks and nothing transfered over
