this is a bunch of BS...there is no wrong in being in the middle of an intersection waiting for cars to pass so you can make a left unless it says don't block the box....I hate how people are so stupid and wait at a green light to turn left when they should go into the intersection and turn left once the opposing sides traffic light turns green (and so does there side, but being in the intersection you can turn)....a lot of cops don't realize this is legal either and that just makes me sick...as I am reading what happend to you.....oh well look on the bright side it's not the worst thing that could have happend and at least you have a job now so you can buy a new bumper

As far as the car go, join the boat? lol Im sorry to hear the cop was a douche, he shouldn't have not written anything in regards to fault as thats the insurance company's job to determine isnt it? I always thought the cop was just there to record the incident..

Im sure it'll get fixed and be all shiny and new again soon.
