1. oh, okay... that's owner's decision to keep it. can't really get upset over it.
2. what makes you entitled to be the person to get it? because you requested it first? this isn't the bakery where you get one of those "take a number" tickets.
3. there has always been another option but you choose not to want it, can't really get mad.
