FS: 1994 Honda Accord LX
Hey everyone! In light of me leaving I have to unload some vehicles that I have. To me this was the best DD I have had. It's a 1994 Honda Accord LX 4 door 5 speed. Its champangne in color with a tan cloth interior. I'll give you the background then pros and the cons and I'll let you be the judge if you're interested.
The car was a company vehicle for the past decade making many trips up and down the east coast accumalating an impressive 305,XXX miles. It was then bought by my buddy who's also a soldier when he needed a DD since his WRX was down. He did all the required maintenece such as timing belt, water pump, spark plugs and brakes. He sold it to me for $1500 and I have since put 18,000 miles driving to back and forth to work. Since I know the summer is coming to an end this would be an option for those of you who don't want to DD the S. This vehicle was also serviced at Phill's dealership and they mentioned how well she ran with all those miles. She starts up every morning without a hiccup and runs smooth and strong.
Pros
Runs strong
No hesitant startups
All required maintenence done
Shifts smoothly
Clutch is in fairly good condition
4 doors = a lot of room
NJ inspection untill May 2010
Tires in good condition
Ice cold AC
Heater works perfectly
SRS (airbags) fully functional
Aftermarket intake (
)
Aftermarket speakers
All lights and signals work
Gets 30 MPG
323,XXX miles (bragging rights
)
Cons
Has 3 dents on the passenger side
No passenger side view mirror
No radio
Center console has broken pieces
Passeneger door handle trim is cracked
Driver side window squeals
Paint isn't perfect

That's about all I can think of after looking over the car. I'll update it if there is anything else. I'm asking for $1,000. Test drives welcome. I have the title in hand and is clear. Pics to come in the next day or so
