So what car are people using usually? Can't do any damn mods with a limit of 700. Guess thats the point though

Man been trying to find something that meets those criteria. Can't find anything. Do I have to start with like the worse car in the game? Tried doing an evo and then adding the needed parts and goes way over. Same with all vw's everything. Any help on which cars can possibly work so I don't have to waste all my credits trying to find one??
