Default ever feel like your clutch plate doesnt grab

When I do hard shifts especially from 2nd to 3rd and I'm poping the clutch I feel like it takes a couple secounds for the clutch to grab. Anyone else experience this? Perhaps I need a stronger clutch plate to drive it hard like this.

How many miles are on your car? Sounds like your clutch is slipping. Might want to look into a new clutch.

You have an ap1 correct?
If so your clutch is most likely slipping. If you have an ap2 its probably your cdv valve saving your clutch from yourself!

Clutchmasters or Competition stage 3 are both good.

Very soft pedal feel though for both

I recommend clutchmasters or competition stage 3. They both have a very soft pedal feel.

clutchmasters 3 they are good, really soft pedal feel, lighter than my stock 07... but it does noisy at 2nd gear from 2.5k rpm to 3k rpm, and on 3rd gear the noisy it's louder at around 3k rpm..

for higher rpms i am not sure yet, because i hadn't break the 500 miles yet..

as for the competition stage 3 they are no longer exist. the pre stage 3 had a wearing issue , the clutch goes so fast, so they stop making them..

so too bad.. gotta pay more for the clutchmasters..i paid $680 shipped no flywheel.
