Just a short note.. Some of you know that I recently had my car broken into and needed to get a rental car until things got sorted. Well, I checked my bank balance today only to find that Enterprise decided to hit my account two times today.. First for $100 then according to my bank, for a second time one minute later for an additional $200... Did they call me? No. Did they Email me? No. They simply decided to charge my account without notification. Do not use these clowns...

i believe thats the hold they put on the car until u return it.

Well, they took that at the time of the rental, these charges were for the rental after the period that the insurance company covered. But to charge me not once, but twice without notification was just plain wrong. The regional manager however was VERY understanding, refunded my money, and the insurance company extended the rental period.. All is good now... I was just pretty upset when I saw these two charges, and all the rep kept on saying to me is "we need to get our money, when are you planning to return the car" over and over..
