With a stock header, 60 mm exhaust and no piggy back,that sounds a bit too optimistic. Also the snorkel has no effect on the dyno.
IMO I think dynos are like doctors, it's always good to get a second opinion. It's a little more expensive but at least you'll get a chance to compare

Not to bust the parade but dynos can only be accuratly used for measuring the delta horsepower / torque. One number means nothing as all dynos read differently on top of being entirely different dynos all together.
