i'd definitely mention what the cop did as far as yelling at you and cuffing you when you posed no threat to him, judge might cut you some slack. either way, show up and if the cop is not there you'll likely get a reduced fine/plea

If you read my original post I thought that it was going to be a big deal with the entire sexual offender thing. And the thing which made me upset was that I live in Boston, and I had to take a day off work and waste my entire day to go to New York to find out I had to pay only $50? I guess I shouldnt be complaining but honestly they could have just told me to pay the ticket insted of making me travel for a lousy hearing which was all but 3 seconds...
Judge- Public Urination, what do you plead.
Me - Guilty
Judge - Your fine is $50
and thats it....
As for manning up, I compeletly take ownership of the event...just aggrivated I wasted 2 day to only pay a $50 fine which I could have from Boston...
