Sorry to hear man my car was broken into 2 months ago. Made me so upset almost sold my car then said screw it kept her. Insurance will more than cover your ass dont worry i had a 1K deductible and after fixing everything i got a decent amount of money to pocket. Yeah it sucks real bad, my car took almost a month to get back together but now I have a 2-way alarm on her and have it garaged. I had jose from on here do the alarm he's the man. Best of luck bud.

Sucks man .. hope it all works out for you.
I had this happen to me a few times and I lived in a great area one of the times and I remember the insurance guy saying to me "it doesnt matter how good of an area you live in. If they want it .. they will try and take it. Thieves don't go to the crappy areas to steal crappy things."
Here are some tips ..
1-alarm with a pager is great
2-if your alarm goes off more than 3 times. reset it.
3-sleep light durring rainy nights.
4-garage or driveway park it
5-removable steering wheel
6-always keep an eye out for anyone following you home
7-always keep an eye out for suspecious cars around your parking spot
8-be carefull at meets and who you make "friends" with
9-make it as difficult for the theif as possible. Locks, a dog, lighting etc..
10-think like a theif
It absolutely sucks to have to live that way but thats just how it is sometimes.
