Can I turn in my leased car with non OE tires?
My car is going to be turned in 2 weeks and I need to buy tires as current RE050 is bald.
I was wondering if I could turn it in with non OE tires like Kumho.
Or do I have to get RE050?
Thanks in advance!

Good tread is good tread dude... i'm sure some of the dealers can tell you crazy stories about what cars are traded in with... or without.
dealers know so little about S2Ks, no way they would know what tires belong on them.

when i sold cars, and i was taking a lease return, i would only check tread depth. However, its usually the lease return company that does a thorough inspection after the car is returned. As its not the dealerships car, but the banks! As Andy said, as long as its got tread, you'll have no issues!
Some of the cars i saw while working there were almost insane! People leaving food, clothes, sanitary things, etc.. it was crazy!

I rented a car once and the rental guy told me the last person to rent it left their handgun in the center console.

they will note that it's non-OEM on the inspection report, but are most concerned with tread depth. As long as the tires are the correct size and good quality, you will have no problems.
