AC mod: allows you to turn the AC of while using the defroster.
axle nut tsb: axle nuts are under torqued from the factory on all s2k from 2000-2009.

Speaking of axle nuts I tried tightening mine down some a while back but I only have so much strength. What do you tighten them to? I have a loud clicking coming from the rear after releasing the brake. I feel it may be this same axle nut issue. Only happens when I apply slightly more than moderate brake. Happens all the time, while rolling on the highway, going two miles per hour and stopping hard. I know its difficult to diagnose this way but any tips on what to check may help with your experience. I already lubed sway bar and looked under for loose bolts in suspension and any bolts I have loosened in the past without luck. Only issue I found is a MINOR tear in one of the diff mounts.
