I don't see this being a fake. This is the inertia of a human being, albeit, a large difference of speed between truck and bike, but it is only 150lbs. This is not a car, with alot more weight (energy) to transfer between the two objects. I mean, the guy, head first, bent 1/2 steel enough hold him. The motorcyle is what the truck driver felt, which had no influence on how much the independent passanger effected the truck.
Just looking at the outside shots of the accident doesn't show what happened to helmet that impacted the metal. Even then, the damage was done to the body, that compressed much more readily than metal. Humans would have died from a lot less trauma to the head and neck, than he did, thats for sure!
