Looked on Tire Rack for a summer rim/tire set, and thinking of getting:
17x7 ASA AR1 Silver w/Machined Lip
17x8 ASA AR1 Silver w/Machined Lip
and
215/45ZR17 Dunlop Direzza Sport Z1 Star Spec Blackwall
245/40ZR17 Dunlop Direzza Sport Z1 Star Spec Blackwall

Anyone have experience with the ASA tires? I see they're made in Korea.. that's about all I have to go on!

The price with shipping is $1200... any comments?

I would love to find another set of AP2V1 wheels, but seems like they're in short supply. : )

 

Very heavy for 17x7 & 17x8 wheels @ 21+ lbs each

Personal opinion is they don't look good on an s either , however that's only opinion.

 

Fiona, I say you wait on a set of AP2 wheels. Don't get those.
