So my neighbors moved out, and the apartment is up for rent. The landlord listed it with a broker, but said that if I find her a tenant, she will give me preference, as she wants me to be happy with my neighbors. Anywho, the apartment is located in Millburn NJ, a nice, rich small town. Our s2000 are probably the cheapest car here, and it's the type of area where you can park with the top down overnight.

Now, the apartment...Right in front of Taylor park.

2 living rooms (yes you read that right)
Florida room/office,
eat in kitchen
central HVAC
Hardwood floors

Private locking garage (your car will be next to mine)
Extra spot in the lot for your second car

5 minute walk to midtown direct train
35 minutes to Penn Station
3 minute walk to all the restaurants and bars

$1650 a month, one month security, credit check.

I get absolutely nothing out of this other than cool neighbors. I would prefer to live with someone I can be cool with, having another s2k in the stables would be cool as well.

BTW, the apartment is about 1000 square feet, so if you want to live with a roommate, that can work as well. Any questions just ask. Immediate availability.
