Wierd thing, I went to Woddbridge NJ over the past weekend to play ball and I saw this development with boarded up windows throughout the complex and people working on the grounds (ie. Lawn work). What was wierd was The development was far from a new construction and not to the stage of a foreclosure.

There are 2 malls in the area and easy access to Rt1. Rt1 has many shopping complexes. With that, also quite a bit of traffic.
