i got this from the guy who is interested
2 FRONTS: to Chicago 60605
16lb wheel, 21lb tire = 37lbs
Box for each wheel = 26 x 26 x 9"
Total weight per package ~ 40lbs
FedEx Shipping cost for both packages = $41.00
2 REARS: to Tulsa 74101
17lb wheel, 23lb tire = 40lbs
Box for each wheel = 26 x 26 x 10
Total weight per package ~ 43lbs
FedEx Shipping cost for both packages = $54.48
So there you go, total shipping cost for all 4 wheels/tires <$100.

Seems close to what it should cost. Shipped some 17" wheels and tires. Cost like 36 per wheel/tire for me and was going out to Oklahoma I think.
Your wheels are smaller and a good bit lighter than the ones I had so sounds right to me.

I don't know how close you are to me but I have a fed ex account and can take care of it all for you if you'd like. I get discounted prices.
I just have to check if i can get boxes that size quickly i usually go through uline.
I'll be traveling to paterson NJ tomorrow actually also
Give me a few moment i'll price it all out for you
**edit** Prices you ahve listed are the same as my fed ex account prices so regularly it would be $52 for the fronts

Ship em like this. Put something soft over the face, cardboard circles on either side and then wrap em all together.
It's how I do it, it's how Tire Rack does it. Works great.

Cardboard method works well and is cheap.. I have found USPS is cheaper then UPS or Fedex for shipping wheels.
