Default Anybody know any good TiG welders in NY area?

I am getting a rare exhaust pretty cheap, except it needs work done to the midsection to be authentically "Titanium" Appreciate any help...

It's very hard to find someone with the proper equipment to weld Ti. Just a TIG welder doesn't mean squat. Bill can weld steel, etc but doesn't have the equipment to do Ti. He does know a person you can contact though.

like i said, just have muffler shop fabricate an SS pipe to connect to the cat homey.


when we find you a reputable Ti welder we can always get that done.

if not, send the pipe to Callaway Golf to fix the titanium.

ohohohohoho.....mememmeme....lemme weld! I just started welding different stuff with MIG, TIG, and Arc welding. Such a blast . I wonder how hard it is to weld Ti.

Rashed talk to Bill, it's not hard, you just need a special welder. That's why he coudln't do mine.

try calling paddock performance out here in rockland. they do a lot of custom exhaust work on high end cars and projects. perhaps they'll have the right equipment for your needs.
