Default any swimmers in metro?

more specifically...i'm having a hard time taking full advantage of my kick when i do breaststrokes and i have even a harder time perfecting the dolphin kick..would using fins help tremendously when it comes to my 2 problems?

I usually use fins + a vest that's slightly inflated to help me while I'm snorkeling

...because I can't actually swim.

Fins will definitely help with the dolphin kick. You can get a feel for how you're supposed to move to get the best result.

But for the breaststroke, fins don't help at all because as your feet come together during the kick, the soles of your feet are facing up towards the surface of the water. Unless you turn your feet in (like you're going to clap with your feet), the fins won't provide any thrust.

doilphin kicks with fins should help you build up a better kicking technique, but i dont know how you'll be able to use fins for breast stroke.
