any real estate agents/brokers here?
hey guys,
I don't post here much (work too many hours).. but I figured since there were so many diverse members of s2ki, maybe someone could help me out
I'm a recent grad, working at a hedge fund in Greenwich, CT - doing the reverse commute (I take MTA, not the s2k)
after my lease is up july 1, I'm looking to move to a new place in Manhattan (preferably accessable to the 456 lines) - are there any tools that will help me look for a place that don't cost a huge sum of money?
ive been looking since may, just haven't seen anything I liked whatsoever
going through a broker is expensive here ~ 15% of a years rent, and craigslist seems to be full of shite.
any help or suggestions would be much appreciated
thanks
