Default Any Mugen Hardtop Owners in Metro?

Hey guys, I purchasd a Mugen Hardtop and I'm getting a little frustrated after installing it. The instructions were in Japanese but I still managed to get almost everything done. The issue I'm having at the moment is the all around gap...8mm closed/14mm open? I have everything installed but I can't seem to get the gap or spacing right when its latched/unlatched.

Anyone here installed a Mugen HT before? I'm willing to travel and pay a gillion bucks if someone can assist me lol.

Any pics... I have a replica but when I first installed mine I remember thinking it was all messed up and was never going to fit, but I must have just been doing things wrong I can get it on and off now 10 min and thats without the easy latches in the rear. Mine bolt together rather then the oem pin like thing
