RIP, feel bad for the guy in jail, we all race why should HE be responcible for this guy crashing his car dieing? did he put a gun to his head?

Um, excuse me, we don't all race.

We might all know the risks of racing, but that doesn't mean we all partake (off the track, anyway).

EDIT: And I happen to think that if you decide to street race and you wreck or cause a wreck in doing so, that you are culpable for any injuries or deaths resulting.

sorry general statement...

you've never gone through a few gears from a light?

you're not going to tear a car in half doing that just saying sometimes the law isn't fair...

the guy in the F430 made a choice to race the other guy, made a choice to continue the race at obviously insane speeds and because his driving talent didn't equal his car choice why is the other guy responcible for his death?

yeah he was drunk so throw him in jail for being intoxicated, speeding, wreckless driving but that guy didn't kill he F430 driver...

The passenger in the ferrari survived the crash. She was ejected which probably saved her life.
