In GT2 Bergmeister deserved the win. Magnussen tried to punt the Porsche wide in the last corner so in retaliation Bergmeister drove within the rules by making 1 move to stop the pass on the strait and gave the vette the options of taking second, making the pass around the outside or ram through and hope for the best. Magnussen took option 3 and ended it in tear instead of a 2nd place finish.
I don't know man. I mean I get what you're saying but if after the contact was over and they were separated and on the straight, there's no reason Magnussen, if his car is faster, shouldn't be allowed to pass. Bergmeister's '1 move' lasted longer than it should IMO. He just kept pushing.

I think Bergmeister learned that "leaning" line from Mika at Sebring in 2007.
