Great racing today! It's a shame about DeFerran in P1, but I have to say that's the best P2 and GT2 racing I've seen all season. Now that Risi Ferarri and Corvette Racing are both GT2 I don't know who to route for, either way that was an incredible battle. As for P2, Lowes Fernandez is always great and even though Mazda is finally doing something this year, the usual Mazda reliability issues came back to haunt them, handing the championship to Acura.
We have some great racing coming up next month at Petit Le Mans. Can't wait.

Bumping this because I know we have a bunch of ALMS fans here, esp. on LI. What are your thoughts on the upcoming Petit Le Mans? The competition looks to be even stiffer than Sebring.

I can't fully comment on Mosport because I still have about half the race left on the DVR for tonight.
From what I've watched already, the fight between deFerran & John Field on the first few laps was better than any of the passes during the Belgian GP. The P1 Acura with their non staggered setup is unreal on the brakes, being able to hold an outside line flatout through turn 8 then outbreak the Lola into the esses was an incredible move to pull off not just once but twice. Plus the action in GT2 gets
Petit should be a good fight for the Audis and the Pugs but I doubt the Acuras will have the speed down the long back strait to challenge the diesels for a win. Tho with Oreca confirmed and Speedy's LMP1 Lola Aston all but confirmed their should still be a good Petrol LMP1 race too.
