Default AEM V2 Intake trade?

I just bought an intake from no.torq on Monday. Intake is fine, very good condition. I am not sure how long I will be keeping this car. As much as I want to keep it, it is my daily driver. It doesnt seem logical to me to have a two seater as a DD. But i love this car. I dont want to cut into the car, just in case when i sell it back stock, they might see a hole down there, so i am looking for non CAI intakes for trade. K&N gen 2 or comptech. If not interested in trading I will probably keep it and hope the dealerships dont see the hole.

I don't think you'd be able to see the hole. My car apparently used to have a CAI on it at some point. I didn't see the hole until I jacked it up with the wheel off.

Good luck anyways!

you won't see the hole, it's way inside the grill. but you also don't have to cut the hole, you'll still get the sound benifits but not the hp gains from the cai

if u trade with marcus...the hole will be smalller and theres a less chance they would see the whole it if u get the v1...theres also a less chance u are to hydrolock since the v1 is strught and and the v2 has a small angle when u install it...

ive read alot bout thease intakes and the v1..alot less people hydrolocked
then the v2

thats why i just went k&n fpik g2....sounds awwsome and prob gave about the same hp...

good luck!

morning guys! if i am going to cut a hole, i might as well use the v2, but thanks for the offer markus. Anyone with k&n or comptech? If no one wants to trade, i'll install the intake next week.

Markus, you werent kidding about the precipitation. You did the wiper delete, you're one crazy guy.
