i haven't gone through with my new turbo build yet (still running the 300whp greddy kit on stock compression)

it is just my tuner/shop's preference to use the cometic 3mm headgasket

but you will find many more using the IP 3mm

the inline pro gasket is basically an oem gasket with spacer in it. i have no idea if cometic makes it for them or not, but i have seen many more failures on this site with the cometic ones over the inline.

i thought your turbo was installed already? shouldn't you have done your homework before you started to tear the car apart?

just seems silly to me. you mentioned you had the manifold and turbo on the car earlier, but all that has to come off again to yank the head...

the engine builder at inline pro (jeremy) looks at gaskets where they fail and he makes changes to them to improve them such as where the bends are in the material. The Inline pro 3mm is far better then a cometic.

3mm gaskets are hit or miss. Spray copper seems to help greatly with the high boost setups I've seen. New oem headbolts are a must (no head studs)

I just did teloshedge's 3mm....cam gear needs to be re-phased also.
