Good Morning Ladies & Gentlemen,
With just over a week to go, I want to stress that this is NOT a race. Its a great casual drive with your fellow S2K members through bear mountain.
Check list:
You don't need to be on your cell phone wondering how to get to the next location. You will have the map and the route with you. I have group leaders in front, in the middle, and in the back during the drive. If you get caught at a light, do not worry because my group leaders know the stopping locations so you can catch up to the rest of the group. Any location where we have to make a turn, there will be a car on that corner directing you to make the turn. If not, you will be going straight, that's it.
If the car in front of you puts on there hazard lights, please place yours on as well and that means to slow down. Please keep space between the other cars.
I ask all of you who don't plan to join us at the restaurant to let me know the day of the drive so at some point during the drive you can stay in the back so people don't follow you thinking that's the route.
If you don't plan on meeting us in the Bronx and want to meet us at the 2nd location, please PM me. The 2nd location is where the drive really starts.
My group leaders (you know who you are). Please make sure your group is on time to the meet location.

I need everyone to be on time as we have to stay on schedule for the drive to avoid traffic. Also, make sure you come to the meet spot with a full tank of gas.
Remember to pay attention during the drive and drive the car to your limits, not anyone else's.
NO REVING YOUR MOTORS, NO BURNOUTS, NO 2 STEPPING, we are driving through towns and the county cops will hang you for driving reckless.
I look forward to seeing you all and meeting some new members and making this drive our largest yet.

Count me in. Have not been on the boards a while but since we haven't driven the s2k because of the newborn we are eager to drive it before we can't anymore. It's our first meet and I'm sure it will be fun and exciting to get to know you guys/gals.
