2011 Metro bbq @ nassau auto-x dates
Ok guys, I really like the idea of doing it along with NYR Auto-x dates.
You don't have to participate in any runs and judging from the bbq chat thread I am going to make this simple and just leave it as a bbq and lot pimping to just hang out.
NYR Auto-x has rules and guidelines so it is already clear that we must have a chill time and no burn outs and douchebag behavior. We must also remember to clean up.
I am also thinking of making it a byob (bring your own bbq) but still offer the raffle and pay option to those who want to chip in. You can pack some snacks and come chill or chip in.. it's up to you. Pick a date and once that is done we can go back to the bbq chat thread and decide on what to do from there.

Having hosted many a 'group' bbq, I defintely think BYOBBQ is the best way to go. 
Is there any shade @ the Auto-X? August is pretty hot to be sitting on chairs in the middle of a parking lot all day.

Looks like the park is about an hour away from me... but I dont see why we cant get a crew to roll out together... you jersey guys down to roll out? I know we dont like to cross the bridge but we gotta do it sometimes. Ill try and rally them up
