Sorry to hear that your leaving Jeff... Maybe we both will be able to drive our cars to a meet before you leave though 
Of course yours will make mine look like a POS now!

Your car ain't a POS. Just more reliable now. You do have one clean S2000.

Jeff, sounds like a nice change. This will definitely keep you and the family in the CONUS for awhile. How long will you be staying in San Antonio? Besides the River Walk you will also have the added advantage of being close to what we used to call the "Liars Club" also known as the Military Personnel Center at Randolph AFB. You can start working on that follow-on assignment when you get there.

Yah, I know a guy that new someone who "worked" in the "Liars Club" and got one hell of a follow on assignment. Trust me I will do the same.
I still have not been stationed oversea's but I have a lot of time over there. More than most in my unit. Some are a bit jealous, others don't really care.
Maybe I can work an oversea's assignment before retirement. Got to rake in the COLA once in my career.
I will be on a a controlled tour, at least 4 years pushing flights. My wife is looking forward to "retirement".
