Alright...last bump before the event. If anyone has any questions about this auto-x/race, feel free to ask me!
Just changed the oil/filter, diff fluid, rotated tires (yes, I rotate my directional tires between the sides) and replaced a couple of damaged subframe braces. Also arranged to trailer my car to the event so I don't have to swap to slicks at 8:00am...

Well, the weather caused the event to be canceled. Not enough people showed up to cover the track rental fees. Six of us decided to stick it out and rent the track after everyone else left. We ended up having more track time than we would have with the RSW event and payed less! The rain was still coming down while were on track, which made for plenty of sideways fun. I think I spun a total of 6 times during about 25 minutes of driving - most of them caused by aggressive attempts to hold drifts as long as possible. Here's video of one lap around the course to show how easy it was to kick the rear end out. Unfortunately, I didn't get any of my spins on video -
