It's easy to clear the headlights.... you need a big enough oven to fit the entire headlight assembly into though. You have to cook the headlight at a low temperature to get the glue to soften up and then pry it open to change the reflectors.

when i changed my hid bulbs i didnt take off the bumper. i jacked the front of the car up and removed the wheels then loosened the bolts that hold the front of the fender liner on and i had enough access to stick my hand in there and swap out the bulbs...im a small guy though

Not hard, used search to get the oven temp, put them in for 10 min and was able to take them apart. Re- seal and have not had a problem since.

Is it just me, or does anyone else think its over kill putting your whole headlight in the oven? And maybe even a risk of some meltage or deformation. I know everyone does it that way, but a heat gun is so much easier, faster, and less Stressfull!!
I had to do it to re seal my head lights. No problems.
