Every Saturday morning local car guys and gals meet up at the Journal Center Plaza to show off thier rides, talk about them and drink coffee (or not). so i wanted invite you all to this and make it a weekly s2ki meet as well so people can always look forward to it. It is from 8:00 to 10:00 and sometimes there are 25 car other time there are 10 cars, but all of them are cars so it is usually a good time. If the weather is not raining, snowing, or reallly bed it is there.

Directions: SOuth on Jefferson from Paseo Del Norte. Go a mile or so and on your left hand side before the next stop light is a shopping plaze, Journal Center Plaza. You will see everyone parked there. Hope to see you all there.

i would be down for something like that, i just work alot of sat mornings, plus i like to sleep in on my days off.

 

im the same way with working and sleeping on saturdays but i figured it would be cool to try and fit one last big get together in before the weather get even worse and all the nice cars get put in the garage for the next 4 months. lol. but we still have a few more months before the weather gets way crappy. well if anything we can all get together to go the the Concours de soliuie on september 28th i think. it is NM's only exotic car show. it is inventation only but open for the public to walk afround and see the cars. this might be a car show all the guys would want to check out. Ferrari's, Lambo's, Bentley's, Mosler's, Porsche's, all the high-roller cars.

 

are you talking about the plaza on Jefferson? and is this still going on?

the Concours is one of the better cars show that I have been to in ABQ.
It's $10 per person. I have yet to be disappointed the last couple of years.

I usually work 10-630 on saturdays

maybe next week I'll attempt to go for at least an hour.. who else is going?

 

I use to go to a meet like this in Tampa.
