Weather permitting up here in the Northeast, I will be attending.

If we were to register then have to cancel is a refund possible?

Great question.

Depending on when the cancellation was done. Anything after the 15th of March would be partial. Before then would be a FULL refund. Once the order for t-shirts is placed, lanyards, etc... We could still do a partial refund as we'll be able to modify head count for lunch and dinner.

Just tough up here to know if the weather is going to be sunny and 60's
or snowing and below zero that time of year.

I would like to know as to who all is in charge of the WTD and/or DBR events.

Please PM me as I think I know who is but want to make sure.

I have some concerns as to what could happen to an event coordinator personal.

I know...the Upstate NY folks gave me hell about the dates for WTD. Let's hope that the weather cooperates.
