I agree with the third date and you are out rule. It has been a few years now since I was in the dating scene, but 1st and 2nd date smashing is commonplace and making someone wait beyond that is usually grounds for dismissal.

There are too many fish in the sea to not cut your line if you get hung up on the weeds and can't reel in the big catch
