dude I just want to drive at this point. It was beautiful going into work today. In fact I was contemplating in just continuing on my drive and skip out in work. 
Yes no matter how you cut it Mystic to Sturbridge or Sturbridge to Mystic it would include the scenic rt 169. Include some off the beaten path roads as a few suggested that live that way. Only reason I even suggested Mystic to Sturbridge or Sturbridge to Mystic options were to see where most of the folks were coming from. I don't mind driving up to Sturbridge in the morning then in the afternoon I will be close to home or vise-versa. As for newport, I don't mind that drive because of its scenic characteristics. I didn

exit number 14, towards US-1/WARWICK/RI-2/CRANSTON.
Merge onto RI-37 W. 0.1 miles
Take the PONTIAC AVE. exit, exit number 3, towards MEDICAL CENTER. 0.2 miles
Keep RIGHT at the fork in the ramp. 0.0 miles
Turn RIGHT onto PONTIAC AVE.
I-95 S.

How about us CT folks would we just meet the MA, RI folks at Krispy Kreme. Seems that the location is north of Newport? Where should we all meet as a group?
Most likely we would be coming from I95north CT into RI then take exit 3 I believe for rt138 to go over Jamestown bridge then to Newport bridge or at least thats how I usually go there.
TommyV you most likely be coming down rt9 or rt2 to I95north then we can meet off somewhere.
