Thumbs up Wheel repair? got 1 with curb rash

I have one wheel on my S that has some curb rash and I'm wondering if anyone
has any experience with having that repaired?

Rim Pro in Tewksbury, MA. does it but they completely refinish the wheel and I'm
afraid that they will alter the original finishes and colors and it won't match the other 3.

Has anyone used Rim Pro? Did the wheel match the others when they were done?

Any experiences with other shops? Scott, any recommendations?

If I can't find a place to repair the one I have I'll be in the market for one AP2
V1 rear wheel. Didn't have much luck searching s2ki for someone that might
be selling one, although I still have some PM's waiting to be replied to.

Let's TRY to keep this on-topic.

i think you're worried a tad too much about the refinished wheel being different from the other three - they do a great job matching - heck even an oem rim MIGHT be a tad off

and again even if there is the slightest variation (which there won

Matt/05berlinas2k might have one. He's not on line much these days, but try sending him a PM.

Rick was going to buy one from him, but for now he decided he can live with the bit of curb rash one wheel has.

I did buy a wheel from them and despite the fact that it said "OEM wheel" on their
website, the shading and coloring didn't come close to matching.

Problem was it wasn't noticeable to me until after I mounted a tire on it, had it
balanced and then mounted it on the car.

Now that I'm going to have the original wheel fixed, I have the other wheel that
I bought for sale if anyone is looking for one. Just keep in mind it doesn't match
the other wheels, but if you're not picky about that kind of thing like I am, then
PM me.
