Thumbs up Wheel fitment

Will a set of 205/45-17 fit on the S?

I have a set in the basement and I'm pretty sure thats the size. if not its 205/40-17

Will they work on the S? Just need a set on there when I get the ones on there now re-done.

in the front? or in the rear?

they will fit either axle no problem. They are not the ideal size but yes they will fit.

awesome, I would be putting them on both front and rear, I just need them on while I have other rims powder coated, not looking for a full time set.

Thanks!

just dont drive it like you would with the normal sizes on there, the rear being that much smaller will definately magnify the oversteer . Go easy and you will be fine.

Oh one more thing i am talking about your tire sizes. You did not mention your offsets on the wheels those tires are mounted to so the answer does not apply to the wheels.

Off set wont be as much of a issue as rim width ..

You can search info on Tirerack and get the specs for the tire and allowed rim width .

Black Chrome is Chrome plated .. Closest thing to it in powder is Smoke on a polished base . We have searched for Black chrome Powder for ever and we offer 6500 colors here .

If yu do bronze make sure it is on the dark side and not gold side as it will look much better on Red . I have Bronze Gramlights on my Red Miata .

How does the Smoke look? I have the black chrome badges and was looking to match those...

Also bronze would look good too. I cant decide what color...

Might look for a price with you too. I just regular ASA's from tirerack with the lip.
