For me all depends on how I feel. I like food in General so really anything goes.

Fav fish - Pan Seared or Grilled Tuna

Fav Chicken - Piri Piri Chicken

Fav Beef - Porter house steak on grill

Fav Pork - Bone in chops on the grill

As much as I like fish, I do not really care for shellfish. So lobster, crap, clam are off my menu list.

I had a lovely 20 oz center cut filet mignon at Charley's in Orlando FL last week. I do love buffalo chicken as well. As for pasta, I really like pumkin stuffed tortellini.

I like steaks with fat too, but this was truly a piece that could be cut with a fork...I had it black and blue (blue cheese stuffed with a blackened with spicy rub outside and it was awesome. There is a good butcher shop near me that had some nice looking delmonicos the other day. I'll have to try one.

There is some fat in a filet. It's "marbled" a bit through the steak. Not a fan of Rib eye myself. Too much fat, grosses me out.
